Paul Wagner became COPHE's second executive director in March of 2013. Prior to joining COPHE, Paul was the Deputy Commissioner at the Missouri Department of Higher Education. He has also served as the education budget and policy analyst for the Missouri Senate.

 

Paul has a master's degree in Public Policy and Administration from Baylor University, and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Truman State University.
