WHO IS COPHE?
COPHE, the Council on Public Higher Education in Missouri, is comprised of 9 of Missouri's public universities, the State Technical College of Missouri, and their presidents.
(As of July 1, 2020 the University of Missouri System is no longer a member of COPHE.)
